America Is Losing Its Spine: How “Woke” Idiocy on Both Sides Hands the Keys to Xi and Putin

Let’s cut through the polite bullshit for a second. America, the country that stormed Normandy, split the atom, and put a man on the goddamn moon—now spends half its time arguing over who gets to use what bathroom and whether a tweet from 2012 counts as hate speech.

On the left, it’s cancel this, ban that, rewrite history so nobody’s feelings get hurt.

On the right, it’s performative outrage about drag queens, and revenge firings while ignoring the crumbling healthcare and offshore drug supply chains.

Both camps have become parodies of themselves—more obsessed with scoring points on social media than leading the free world.

Free speech in America isn’t dying with a bang.

It’s being smothered under a pillow of censorship, outrage mobs, and cowardly leadership. If we lose the right to speak freely, we lose the very thing that makes us America.

Let the crazies post what they want.

The price of freedom is putting up with a little nonsense. Once we start deciding which opinions are “allowed,” we’re not protecting society, we’re neutering it.

Bad ideas don’t die from censorship—they die when better ideas beat them in the open.

And here’s the uncomfortable truth when it comes to leadership.

Europe watches us.

Always has.

And they’re watching more than “Friends” these days.

They don’t want to admit it, but America is still the high school quarterback everyone copies, even when he’s stumbling drunk on the field.

When we’re decisive, the West rallies. When we’re fractured, when we’re too busy eating our own over nonsense culture wars, Europe drifts. And when leadership goes AWOL, guess who steps in with a smile and a plan? Xi of China and Putin of Russia.

Those guys know the playbook well and are currently several chess moves ahead.

They know if America’s too busy screaming at each other, we’re not paying attention to cyber warfare, supply chains, and the slow bleed of influence in Africa, Asia, and Eastern Europe.

They don’t have to outfight us—they have to outlast us while we drown in our own culture war clown circus.

What we’ve forgotten is that leadership isn’t about pleasing everyone. It’s about standing for something real, taking the hits, and moving forward anyway.

That’s what inspires allies and scares adversaries. Right now? We’re inspiring memes and scaring nobody.

Time to wake up, America.

Woke left or right—it doesn’t matter which clown car you’re riding in if you’re still heading off the cliff. The world is watching, and the wolves are circling.

It’s time to get serious. To stop mistaking outrage for action. To start leading again, not just tweeting.

Because history is brutal to nations that forget who they are. And right now, Xi and Putin are betting on exactly that.
