A Special Air Service operator in civilian clothing responds to the 2017 Manchester terrorist attacks. Notice the cumbersome backpack with the protruding antennas he carries. The most likely use of the backpack was to serve as a moving jamming device to stop any Improvised Explosive Devices (IED) from going-off.
